NorthStar Transitions is a licensed and Joint Commission-accredited rehab facility situated in Denver, CO near the incomparable Rocky Mountains. Depending on your unique situation, you may spend six to nine months completing a recovery program and preparing for the return to independence at home.

Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) in Denver

After wrapping up their residential treatment programs, NorthStar Transitions’ clients have a chance to enroll in partial hospitalization, or “day treatment,” programming. PHP is highly structured. It lasts one to four weeks and may include features like mindfulness practice and evidence-based therapies. At night, clients return home to independent living or a sober community.

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) in Denver

Designed around the rigorous demands of employment, parenting, school and family responsibilities, NorthStar’s IOP is a flexible three-hour program. Accredited by the Joint Commission, our Gold-Seal approved IOP is ideal for business owners, working professionals or young adults residing in sober houses or at home. This Denver region program also incorporates family counseling on an as-needed basis, as well as monitored drug tests and access to our facility’s board-certified psychologist.
